Tracy has been serving in ministry since college. She served in children's, teen, and worship ministry until 2008, when she began serving as an Associate Pastor of Discipleship. From 2017-2023, Tracy served as co-pastor and eventually transitioned to Lead Pastor at Life House Covenant Church. In 2023, she moved to North Branch, MN to serve Harris Covenant Church.

Tracy spent most of her childhood in Minnesota but moved to Colorado to pursue her education degree. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and a Colorado teaching license. She received her Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary with a concentration in Worship Leadership in 2009. Tracy was ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church in 2011. 

Tracy has been involved in several different church plants, but in recent years she has sparked a heart for revitalization and bridging the gaps between generations in church. She loves preaching and teaching and effectively communicates how Scripture applies to everyday life. As Pastor, Tracy helps oversee all church ministries, but still thoroughly enjoys singing on the praise team.

Tracy has four beautiful daughters: Anna, Abigail, Rebekah, and Elizabeth. Her husband, Andrew, serves the Church faithfully alongside her (he jokingly refers to himself as the pastor's wife). Tracy loves to read, sleep, and watch movies and baseball in her spare time. She hates refried beans and loves bubble gum jellybeans.
